First
contact
Usually
your first contact takes place at your dentist. He examines your
teeth, gaps or your old prosthesis. After diagnosis he will
inform you how to treat you including different opportunities.
Probably he takes casts and x-rays to complete diagnosis and
comes to an agreement with the maxillofacial surgeon. |

Surgical
consultation
We analyze "your bone situation" clinically.
Additionally we evaluate the x-rays. We reflect the phone call
of your dentist as well as our diagnosis. Then different
possibilities of prosthetic and implant reconstructive
procedures are shown. Starting with very simple techniques,
ending with high end luxurious prosthetic reconstructions. In
case of long lasting toothless bone augmentations of sinus lift
procedures have to be done. We use either iliac crest or
material procduced synthetically.Pros, contras and costs will be
discussed.
All procedures are coordinated with the dentist. Then all
costs are estimated in writing. According to your personal
idea as well as your decision of the anaesthetic procedure
a scedule is done. Eventually an oral hygiene procedure is
arranged too.

Second
Consultation
During the second consultation the definite prosthetic
treatment plan is fixed. Your dentist will gives you his
estimated costs in wpinted form. Now you know the exact amount
of costs.
In very special cases you can apply a takeover of the
resulting costs. Private insurances should know these costs in
advance too. |

drilling guide
According to the prosthetic wishes a drilling guide is produced. It
is used intraoperatively but also during the ct-scanning in order to
check the amount of bone needed later on. That`s the way
the exact position of your implant is determined in difficult
situations. We do not need it in easy single toothless situations. |

Implant-Surgery
During
this main procedure the implant is placed as planned before.
Eventually a provisional denture is placed over the wound
immediately. |
